U-PARKIT offers a solution to almost every parking challenge.
- Space optimization
Compared with conventional car parking buildings, U-PARKIT requires
only 40% of the total space to accommodate the same number of car
parks.
- Flexible in design
U-PARKIT is designed to fit different shaped sites, and may accommodate
any configuration up to 8 levels high and as many stacks long as is
desired, or any combination of.
- Modular
U-PARKITS modularity allows the client to plan for future extensions
assuming they have space available. Space may be height or area, or a
combination of both.
- Portable
U-PARKITS portability means the land owner may choose to remove the complex at some point in the future.
- Efficient
U-PARKIT requires an energy source equivalent to a standard dwelling.
It stacks vehicles in a 60 cell complex in approximately 60 seconds
(average), and extracts these vehicles in approximately 80 seconds
(average).
- Quiet
The motors are electric and make minimal noise, the lifting mechanism
is chain driven and there is limited friction noise.
- Requires low maintenance
Maintenance requirements are low and should cost as little as $2 per
cell per week. The structure carries a 10 year warranty, and all
maintenance costs are carried by AHU Developments for the first 2 years.
- Safe & Secure
Vehicles once parked within the system may only be extracted on command
by the person who has parked the vehicle, or who has the appropriate
authority to remove the vehicle. Vehicles within the system are safe
from body damage from other moving vehicles due to driver error.
